I love this phrase. In my case, one thing led to another.

I have always been passionate about the business environment and everything related to it. I grew up in a family business, so I suppose that’s why being an entrepreneur is in my blood. I began my journey into the captivating world of Business with Public Speaking , Sales Skills and Management . Later I trained as an Executive and Business Coach and specialized in Personal Branding .

My clients and I were starting to become very successful and we had to attend events of a certain social status, and since I love good manners, etiquette and elegance, I decided to study an International Master’s in Protocol and Business Communication .

Which I complemented with training in table etiquette and social skills.

For example, you know that awkward moment when you’re at a wedding and it’s time for the banquet and you think: “Which is my bread? The plate on the right or the one on the left?”

It’s the one on your left, otherwise you’d be stealing it from your neighbor. Tip: to help you remember, your bread is on the side where they usually wear their watch (usually the left).

Some people think that protocol is elitist, but when you get to know it in depth, you realize that everything makes sense and is designed to “make your life easier and more comfortable”.

I've always had a knack for discovering other people's talent

I couldn't help it, I'd watch someone: a word, a gesture, a look... and bam!

As if by magic, he could tell what he was good at. In other words, he knew his life's purpose .

I loved seeing that sparkle in the other person's eyes when I told them; it was a unique feeling.

As the famous quote by American writer Mark Twain said :

“There are two important days in your life: the day you are born and the day you discover what you were born to do.”

My story doesn't begin in the spiritual world. It begins in business.

I grew up in a family business, surrounded by business conversations, decisions, and people who knew what it meant to run a successful business. While other children played, I listened to talk about customers, sales, and strategies. Without realizing it, I was receiving my first business training.

I soon understood one of the most important lessons of my life: selling is not about convincing, it's about connecting .
